If you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason simply send the item back to us within 30 days of invoice date for a full merchandise refund or exchange. Please note, the refund or credit amount does not include the original shipping charges or the return shipping charges.
RETURN REFUND POLICY
Any item may be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange within 30 days of invoice (minus delivery charges).
For an even exchange your return authorization form is on the back of your invoice. Fill out the form completely and send apparel back to Divinely Yours Boutique No CODs will be accepted. For a refund send email to refund.divinelyyours4u@gmail.com. All returns for a refund must have the tags still affixed. Send your return via UPS or insured parcel post. Please allow 4-8 weeks to process returns. Returned checks may be processed electronically.
